Ik that you all would hate the ML so much, but I couldn't hate him BECAUSE
Spoiler !!!!!
He was born in military and made to be a killing machine.
Lines are from the novel:
"Should I initiate a breakup, I will permanently damage both of my eyes as a consequence and transfer all my assets to Lee Sehwa."
He loves MC so much. Ik these lines seem obsessive, but:
"Since meeting you, I've realized that my way of speaking and thinking has become overly military-like. And in a very messed-up way."
So, try to understand our ML.
Lines are from Extra chapters.

"For example, when something happens, instead of apologizing, I think about what kind of compensation I can offer first. Or, rather than being honest and asking for your opinion, I run simulations by myself until the very end... Because soldiers think only about winning. The process doesn't matter as long as the result is good, and if I've retaken something by taking responsibility, that's all that counts."

The art style is pretty, but sadly, I'm going to drop it. This is my first time dropping a manhwa T_T
I just started today, and I'm already turned off.
The MC sleeps with basically everyone - even a married man.
It was the funeral day but our bored MC was too horny, couldn't masturbate alone, so he called his married sunbae for a hand.
With satisfiedly cumming, he went to funeral of his deceased friend, whom our MC didn't consider a friend.
A one sided friendship.
As for the ML... I don't know what to say.
I read the spoilers...

ML is worst kind of person you can meet, it's implied that Taeshin died because his mental health deteriorated after his encounters with the ML. It hasn't been shown yet in the official release but the ML will call/trick Haewon to a mansion in the middle of a forest to have him play the violin for him. On the way out he tells Haewon a story about someone who got lost in the woods for 3 days once and it gives Haewon the creeps.
Anyways, in this Mansion it's revealed later in the story that there's a bunker in the basement. A place where rich chaebol sons gather and typically a "tribute" is brought in and they all take turns sexually assaulting the person. Woojin brings Taeshin as the tribute when it's his turn. Naturally this traumatized Taeshin bc he thought Woojin really liked him. So he ends up setting up his affairs & then takes his life because of that. It's revealed later that he's the one who got lost in the woods for 3 days while the Chaebols chased him down(adding insult to injury eh?)....
In the beginning chapters they show a box being delivered to Haewon from Taeshin. Had Haewon taken it seriously and looked through Taeshins diary at the very least he probably could've saved himself a lot of trouble. It explicitly warns about Woojin over & over and gives details... he even drew a picture of the "bomb shelter" where he was assaulted. So he didn't reeeaallly manipulate him into sleeping with other guys... he just threw him to the wolves, so to say.
The ending is left pretty opened ended honestly...
Haewon & Woojin inevitably together but one night while Woojin is over at Haewons he discovers the box Taeshin sent to him in the beginning of the story that has the journal that talks/warns about Woojin and all the fucked up shit Taeshin went thru, Woojin takes the box up to the roof and sets it on fire... so Haewon never finds out about all the awful stuff Woojin has done to both Taeshin & himself.
• Did MC become emotionally mature enough to even be in the mental space for Taeshin if he ever did come across the truth?
Sadly, no. Haewon remains blissfully ignorant of Woojins bullshit for the entire story. Everything Woojin interferes with Haewons life to prevent him from leaving Haewon feels something strange is going on but never has any definitive proof or "Ah-ha" moment where he connects the dots that it's Woojin pulling the strings from behind the scenes.
• Does he try to offer MC to the bunker boys as well? And what about the end of the season where he gives a disappointed look and walks away ?
It was said that Haewon WAS supposed to be Woojins next tribute but as he spends time with Haewon and he becomes obsessed/infatuated with him he changes his mind and decides he wants to keep Haewon all to himself.
☆ ML/prosecutor ends up going to jail for various misdeeds, including those parties and corruption and it’s the MC who put them there. He turns him in to the lead prosecutor after he uncovers a true piece of shit he really is. However, the male lead only spends about one year in jail because the MC ends up getting him out. He gives up info for a bigger fish to the lead prosecutor in exchange for a lesser sentence for the ML. In the end They do end up together, but he does end up paying for his crimes in someway. ☆

Novel spoilers get me hooked so I'm gonna read the novel first and then start the manhwa hehe

I WANTTT SPOILERR
In the novel:
• Chapter 95: The main leads began a physical relationship, but it was not penetrative.
• Chapter 120: The ML confessed his love to the MC.
• Chapter 125: They had penetrative sex.
Manhwa Chapter 24: ML's friend, Kim Geunwon, wanted to check ML's wallet, but the ML didn't let him because he was hiding a photo of his mother. ML’s weakness was his mother.
• The terrorist group Black Swan has 3 important members: Blink (teleportation), Technician (researcher), and Angel (guide).
• In MC's first life, they discovered the identities of Blink and Technician but couldn’t uncover Angel’s identity.
• In MC's first life, the MC knew that ML's stepmother was supporting Black Swan, but there was no evidence.
• The MC didn’t initially understand why the terrorists were so obsessed with ML’s eyes or why they wanted him to be blind.
• In the present, the MC uncovered Angel’s identity at the end of the novel. Angel was the president’s eldest daughter. She was a guide, not an Esper, which made the president despise her.
• Angel fell in love with Kim Geunwon, ML’s friend. After Kim Geunwon’s death (in MC's first life), she began hating everyone, including ML, as she blamed him for not saving his friend.
• Angel’s childhood dream was to become a terrorist, and Black Swan was her inspiration. Hence, the organization was named Black Swan.
• ML's stepmother sponsored Black Swan. She hated ML because he was an S-Class Esper. ML’s stepbrother had a problem in his right eye, and the stepmother wanted ML to be blind out of spite.
• Does ML loved the Nam Hae-sol?
< "I admit that seeing the face of my biological mother brings comfort. But I could never have loved her as a romantic partner." >
< Instead, since Guide Nam Hae-sol resembled his mother so much, he decided to think of her as a younger sister. Nam Hae-sol chose to respect his feelings of treating her like a younger sister. Thus, their cooperative relationship was very smooth. >
• In present time, Nam Hae-sol liked the MC. And she also liked him in MC's first life too (?)
< Sunbae, you only see what you want to see.' It was something he had heard in the past as well. As Nam Hae-sol smiled faintly, her current expression overlapped with the image of Nam Hae-sol from before his regression. Back then, she had worn her long hair down, her bitter smile lingering in his memory. Whatever she had meant by those words before, he would never know. But the meaning of her words now was unmistakable-she liked him, not Go Woo-jin. >
• In first life, the reason there were misunderstanding between ML and MC.
< Of course, Woo-jin didn't know because Jae-chan hadn't told him. He couldn't have known that Jae-chan was very on edge about the things that would be relayed to his brother through Jeong Yeon-oh, that he was immature and foolish at the young age of just fifteen, and Woo-jin too was too young to understand. >
• Chapter 1, ML hugging Nam Hae-sol.
< The wails and cries of the Intelligence Agency team members reached his muffled ears, sounding like stretched-out tape. Go Woo-jin just blankly stood there, letting the dust fall on him like snow. He felt no sensation, as if his limbs had been severed. In a state where his soul was half-detached from his body, he mechanically repeated to himself, 'It'll be okay. Seon Jae-chan will be fine.' Then he realized something. Ah, they needed an Esper with healing abilities. For that guy to be okay, they needed Kim Ju- yeop. ...But this was a Windless Zone.
Woo-jin, who had been in a daze, briefly caught Seon Jae-chan's eye through the crowd. Under the dark brown hair dusted with snowflake-like particles, those clear eyes wet with blood... After a moment that felt like either an instant or an eternity, as Seon Jae-chan turned his gaze away, Go Woo-jin moved. Until then, he hadn't even realized that Nam Hae-sol, whom Seon Jae-chan had saved, was still in his arms. Although Seon Jae-chan's team members didn't make way, Kang Eun-ho, whose face was soaked with tears, hesitantly stepped aside, allowing Go Woo-jin to approach Seon Jae-chan. >
• First life, in the end ML realized his feelings.
< At last, Woo-jin moved his numbed limbs as if he were cursed. He pushed away the cumbersome people still clinging to Seon Jae- chan. He thought he should embrace him. It felt like that would make the guy understand that he didn't need to be sorry. That he would understand his feelings. Without even knowing what feelings he needed to convey, Go Woo-jin stretched out his arms and legs, flailing like a drowning person. Not wanting to hurt Jae-chan's bloodied body further, he lowered his upper body as if begging. He desperately pressed his body against him. But Jae-chan was already so cold. When had he grown this cold?
-
And so, the foolish love that even Go Woo-jin himself hadn't realized ended the moment he became aware of it. Like a delicate snowflake landing on his fingertip.
-
Go Woo-jin had to accept that his first love, once soft as a feather, was now nothing more than a cold corpse. >
• In first life, because of the ML, MC could went in past.
< Go Woo-jin seized military power with all his might and also took control of J Corporation. All to continue research on the Windless Zone. For the next decade or so, Woo-jin's life was unbearably tedious. He forcibly took over J Corporation by ousting Yoon Seo-mi and Go Young-chang, helped Kwon A-ryang seize military power, played the hero as demanded by the newly established civilian government, and rose to the rank of marshal, one of only two in the history of the Union for his merit in eliminating Black Swan. Yet, Woo-jin felt like a machine-running solely on the responsibility and duty programmed into him, moving across the ruins of his burned-out soul.
-
And all he wished for was... For that moment that had briefly shone in his mechanical life to return. To turn back time, just as Noah Airy had foreseen in her writings. So that 'that person' could safely return, And live on for a long time. Woo-jin earnestly prayed towards the energy that began to amplify enormously, befitting the word 'miracle'. And if there was anything more he wished for, He hoped that he himself would remember nothing. >
Manhwa chapter 2, MC hugging MC
< Go Woo-jin unknowingly pulled him into an embrace. His soul, which had been longing and aching for a long time, let out a deep sigh of relief. >
