Could’ve honestly been anti-depressants or something that reduces his anxiety. But if I’m not wrong he didn’t go to a doctor?? So maybe it could’ve just been over-the-counter medication
Skylar was seeing a psyhiatrist (a doctor) at that time, for the ptsd he was diagnosed with (we see the ptsd manifesting after triggering events, and the nightmares/flashbacks that resurface + serious digestive symptoms from the stress. And yeah he most probably was depressed/anxious for a time. _ SPOILER _ We see Skylar's mother asking Skylar if he still wants to go to the hospital for the consultations, the week after Cirrus had a talk with Skylar's mom, she ends up giving Skylar the choice to continue the consultations or quit, when she learns from Cirrus that Skylar is doing better.
The meds were anti depressants for his insomnia and mild PTSD (confirmed by the author)
