I can totally sympathize with Dan-i, she can literally be forgotten as if she never existed ANY. FREAKING. TIME. It hurts a lot for her even from just imagining or remembering what happened, what more if it happens permanently. That incident prolly traumatized or shocked her a lot. If I was in Dani’s shoes, I’ll also try not to fall in love or get really close to anyone who can forget me any time. I’ve had nightmares like that and I tell you it’s scary as hell. Not to mention, iirc she literally has been transported to that world/universe. This might not even be her reality. She probably still thinks that she doesn't belong in this ’world’ so she keeps on denying and invalidating other people’s feeings for her. Her whole situation is really scary imo.
