All the males in this series are epic TRASH (except Anakin of course, as they say “not all men”)
And I loved how badass every women were.. i loved how Eris was determined to go home (like any rational human would), I loved How Helena was kindhearted and low key ambitious without being a bitch like all the “saintly FLs” are in other Manhwas.. Medea was literally MOTHER.. she carried this whole story.. I even admire the Empress, how she kept her rage and got her revenge cause that was really fucked up what the emperor did to her.
Sorry for this long ass comment but the women in this series are the best I’ve ever seen in any manhwa.

I'm so glad I picked up this series; it's really good. I love how the main character is so down-to-earth and stays humble. The only thing I don't get is why he doesn't just leave and transfer to another hospital. (I can’t handle the disrespect I’m sorry ╥﹏╥)
Also… I'm not usually a big fan of romance and often find it boring when they introduce a bland FL. Honestly, I thought he was going to date the actress at the beginning, but the doctor FL really grew on me. Their relationship is kind of cute. I do hope when they eventually end up together she won’t just leave her career behind to be a housewife.
