I think the blonde and black hair are either her mom/grandma. And the term daughter of laenta just means in the general term like all born of laenta royal are called son/daughter of laenta
Her mother’s hair was blonde originally but turned black as she subjected more demons. There is a sacrifice when subjugating a demon and her turned black by the effect of it.
Her mother was accused of using black magic because he could control demons/ subjugate demons which at that time the people outside of the kingdom didn’t know that the lamtna kingdom could do because it’s in their bloodline. After being accused by the emperor’s brother who had divine powers and authority, she was burned. She could have avoided it but she saw into the future and decided that it was best if her life was taken to save Rieta.
