based on what we know about lee sihyeon before his death, i am kinda scared to know what really happened because he's such a sweet boy at this point. ugh. these industries be crazy
girl just let him be obsessed with you. i'm not one to cheer for pushy men but in this specific case the only thing preventing her from being with him is her own ego. and she's just a wounded child in need of love and affection. he's dying to give that to her. i say go for it!
i am reading the novel and boy does this go in a direction i'm not happy about. imma finish it but i might kill alicia myself. what an actually horrific human being she is.
BYUL IS SO SWEET HE'S EXACTLY LIKE BABY BYUL AND IT'S MAKING MY HEART EXPLODE!!!
she's incredibly realistic as someone whose been experiencing narcissistic abuse her whole life and then some incredibly handsome chaebol comes along. of course she's going to believe she's inadequate for him. i don't think she's going to take it well if he tries to nepo-baby her way into success. but maybe that's my own inner child speaking
can someone explain why she didn't recognize the mansion? did vincent live in the annex before and this is the main mansion or vice versa or something? how could she not recognize the count's estate?
there's no way irl if vincent spent all that time blind and in her presence that he wouldn't immediately know it was her from the sound of her voice. losing a sense heightens your other senses. his hearing would be excellent. it's a survival skill. he would have recognized her immediately. i hope that's the case and he's just pretending not to. although calling her ugly right off the bat even as a joke is too cruel considering how insecure she is.
ok i love them so much don't get me wrong but they are grown adults. i understand why jinhyeon is not like normal people but hina should be able to spot his feelings cause she was just a civilian until recently! why is she gaslighting herself?! lol
i love her. she's such a refreshing FL. but ryan can't even take down one deserter? isn't he a military commander?!
the duke is really bad at being a person. idk how to explain it other than that.
i don't know who the guy with the knife at the end is? i don't remember him.
i cry every time i read this and i'm not even mad about it. it's so good. i'm off to read the novel. i can't wait another day!
it's interesting to have byron by simultaneously so pathetic and so frightening. he's such a good portrayl of someone whose truly out of their mind. he is living a life of pure delusion. idk why anyone is listening to him other than FL. it's obvious how this will end for him.
please let laura not be like this for much longer. it's really excruciating to read.
WHERE ARE THE UPDATES? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO READ?
i feel like the duke wants to be stepped on by layla. he's giving dom who dreams of being a sub ya know? I think if she just pegged him once he'd stop being such a dick. hahaha
same, translator, same. but it's real cute at the same time. i can't wait to see what happens for these two.
honestly this feels so unrealistic. how can two people who care for one another spend years in the same home without any type of straightforward communication. idk i don't particularly feel bad for either of them. it seems like neither of them made any efforts to improve their relationship. it's hard to believe one can have that intense of feelings about someone they seemingly barely know. idk the writing just isn't there for me. i like her with the other guy but he too just seems to like her cause she's there and there isn't a ton of character development. but the art is pretty idk
