The difference between them is that Jk never actually knew what love is like thus has no idea how it feels and how to express it. The chapter is canon, it’s not an alternative ending. It’s literally apart of the final volume of MHA. It just hasn’t released in America or other countries yet. Horikoshi approved and wrote the chapter and also drew it too. He never stated that anyone else drew or wrote the chapter and in a recent interview he already confirmed how he touched upon romance within that chapter

It never had a whole different art style, literally just search up final volume mha in Japan and people are going to show you how chapter 431 is indeed canon and included in the final volume. It's posted on all other sites that took the leaks and then translated it, mangago could be waiting for it to officially release in a certain country for them to release it on here.
