the ML is acc performing acts of BDSm in a healthy way, but the MC is acc going haywire with this. It's like he's suicidal without him knowing. Self harm can come in many different forms and getting off and being brutally beaten on the verge of death is an example. It was to the point even the ML couldn't handle it anymore and had to end it bc it got too dangerous. The worst part is that the MC only rlly has sex running through his mind to the point he neglects his grade just in order to get a good fuck. Also the early signs of his self harm became very apparent when he didn't want the marks from the rope activities and rougher activities to go away, it was to the point he would voluntarily pinch and pick at himself in order to keep them. This is most likely a trauma response due to being assaulted so many times in the past when he was younger and not getting closure nor the therapy he needs. I hope i. future chapters, the mc and ml talk things out and the mc agrees to go see a therapist bc lord knows he needs one.
