Soha basically took advantage of Go-eun's (?) feelings for her and made him sell his body. Yul... (Gah, I'm crap with Korean names) dude, right, he was normal. He recognised what horrible things Soha had done to Go-eun, turning him into a male prostitute and all, and Yul's honest affection towards him helped him get over losing Soha. He was able to go for a healthier relationship with Yul dude.
