Rewatching a recap of this recently and I had forgotten how tear jerking his dads story/back story was and how much he truly loved MC, Im hoping he’s awake when MC returns to cult so they can come to understanding, doesn’t have to be full reconciliation, but hopefully at min MC will know his dad did care for him.
Maybe it’s just me wanting this b/c I’m projecting my own desires on the characters. It sucks growing up never feeling loved or acknowledged by your parents, when they seem to go out there way to do the opposite.

Please don’t hate on or judge me to harshly for watching rather than reading!! It’s due to car wreck and front local brain damage that my greatest love reading was taken from me, as it’s hard to remember and things jumble in my mind easily!! Watching makes it easier to digest! I’ll usually watch much as I can then try to keep up with the reading!! Mangas etc are definitely easier than straight novels etc!!
