I think it is a faulty translation. It should be since hiroki barged in to MC room to threaten him he saw that the MC had posters of BL couples on his wall. So he thought that the MC probably shipped them and said "well you are probably shipping me and Riku in your delusions". And MC was taken aback that he thought so.

well that was ass this wasn't even a good psychological, the plot twist felt so meh it didn't really land well because the development is too fast, out of nowhere mc has feelings and apparently he couldn't stop thinking about him, random time skip, no depth into the characters and etc I wish this was just pure smutt with an extremely minimalistic plotline instead of the author trying to incorporate some sort of psychological plot that doesn't really makes sense and try to make it something its not in this smutty bl it just doesnt make sense lol
