The adaptation was good until now, but I see they've started to rush it. It's not anywhere near that simple in the novels.

I thought it was becuz dog-eyes sounds more like dojin than bitch-eyes
"bitch eyes" and "bitch teeth" has been used several times throughout the story (those terms have already been established as their nicknames for each other) in the official translation, this is the first time they've used dog, so the translator must be new and didn't bother to read the rest of the story.

It makes me wonder if she purposely adopted Taekyung (knowing the connection between him and Heeseo's Mom) because Heeseo's Mom was in hiding from her at that time. Maybe she thought she would eventually find her through Taekyung. I'm probably overthinking, but it seems like too much of a coincidence that she just so happened to adopt Taekyung.
