messed up that i see more hate comments for the ML than the so called parents that abused their son (yes including the mother because how could she just let that happen for years. why didnt you run away with your child when the first time it happened) What the ML needs is therapy. this isnt an excuse for the ML but i'm trying to understand why he thought cutting ties with fl was better after what happened.mind you this guy was still in shock and processing what happened when made that decision.
if they stayed as friends and fl happens to see him get beat up again the fl would try to save him again. and i dont think our ml wanted that to happen so he may have thought cutting ties was the best so the fl wouldnt give a damn. And he was correct after that they had no contact and she didnt see him getting abused again so she didnt need to save him. (though the abuse hasnt actually stopped, it's just our fl hasnt seen it).

The mom is atrocious too it also kinda shows how abuse for men is just kinda glazed over as discipline (of course abuse for women is ignored all together) but for the ML it just seems like since he’s the man his reactions to the abuse are more central than the actual abuse if that makes sense. I have to agree, I hope they don't throw Leo out of the spot light but I also want to see Phileo happy. I actually really like his character, his funny and you can see that he care for her(not like some other father's in manhwa if u knoe u knoe) and I think in my opinion it would be interested to see his pov too. Still i hope Leo stays mc and doesn't get her character ruined bc of the ml （￣へ￣）
