Fucking spoiler, it’s bc of the rape and torture in the middle of the story for no reason.
Everything else about the story is unique and interesting, the characters are cool and the backgrounds make them very developed but the rape just ruins it for me- plus I don’t understand the point of it…
They be living the yakuza life bro. I also don't like that part but I love the pairing sm that I keep on rereading it. I just skip that part since it's an unnecessary drama for me.

Some parts of this story were hard to sallow, with the topics of corrupt politics, rape, racism, hate crimes and religion, but the only thing that can bring focus on topics like this is being blunt and having it shoved in your face. I had a lot of complicated feelings towards the characters (Cough gale cough) it was interesting to see how they were so human in the end. They fucked up and were horrible people, but learning how they became like that really added dimension to characters. Of course that doesn’t justify their actions.
