I found this from a list of recommendations and iirc the description was unrequited love and struggling with being in the wrong body/gender, so I was expecting more about MC's journey of accepting or loving himself(herself?). Getting a proper lover would be nice, but I dont think necessary. And most likely not Masaki because really, I dont see how he can commit to our MC if his goal is to leave a mark in the world
As much as I am frustrated with Hyesung for running away, I won't blame him that much if he did run away again, or at least for needing some space to himself for a while. Poor kid suddenly has to care for another living being when he couldn't even take care of himself. Imagine the pressure and anxiety and all the shit that would do to you, on top of all the other things he had to face.
