I personally think that since he already decided to abort it he already kind of grieved it, choosing not to keep it and all. Whereas Taeju didn’t really took that time (it was really a whole mess with Euiyoung disappearing at that time, the jealousy towards the neighbor and also Euihyun’s father running away) so that’s why his emotions were this strong. Could also be enhanced by his Alpha behavior of possessiveness and overprotectiveness of his omega

honestly i think it’s just because he never really knew about it until he lost it, so there wasn’t like deep memories he would miss or huge regret of anything

A friend of mine asked me the same question as well, but in my opinion, I guess it's because Euihyun didn't know that he was pregnant, and he doesn't have a deep connection to the baby. Maybe, if he knew that he was pregnant, he might feel pain. He just literally found out when he lost it. And maybe, it's because he's not ready yet to have a baby. He, himself isn't that mentally stable to have a baby.

He knocked Tae out, carry him to a hotel and forces him. Tae becomes angry and he ignores ilay. Then ilay wholeheartedly apologized. And the some chapters later they said their I love yous and from this starts their lovely and cute romance.
There was a conversation where Tae mention that if he dies he will come as a ghost. Ilay said that he doesnt like the idea, then tae laugh and said why are you scared and ilay said yes. He is basically scared of seeing taes ghost because that would mean that tae is dead. So he hate the idea of it. Lol

It either because you can see it visually unlike the novel you'll only see letters and will relay to your imagination or because of the influence of other readers.
