Just download "Translate" app from Google Store onto your phone with a camera.
Set it to Korean > English, it will ask to download a package.
When it's done, click camera button (in the app).
Snap a picture of texts with the app. Since the texts are very short, the app translation is pretty accurate enough to know what they're talking about.
