What signs? She did think and know that Ezekiel care for athy but not in a romantic way.I mean unlike us who can see the thought processes and all, she's missing out a lot of the context. So I won't say she is not facing the truth but more of not knowing the truth until now Ezekiel told her the truth.

I'm not talking about Ezekiel

I'm talking about her wanting a sister and father.

Okay is going to be long and I don't really got the energy so I just give a bit of reasons why.

Do you remember the part when she asked athy how would she feel if hypothetically speaking if they were sisters. Then athy reacted badly to it. Then that very day she was reconsidering their relationship and almost having an epiphany about athy not really wanting her as a sister. But the very next day, athy told her like not to worry about it or something along that line which sent her back into her dream world. The thing about jennette is that she is brought up in a way where she is taught not to ask questions and not to question the whites actions as is all for her good. She was fed with lies after lies, no one until now Ezekiel told her a whole truth. They kept her in the dark. I mean how is she not supposed to be the wrong idea when athy used her so that Claude doesn't get headaches or when athy plays the sister role she had always wanted. It's not as easy as saying just open your eyes or stop being so delusional when her whole life is made up of lies.

I hope you get what I mean lol. It's just that I feel that sometimes we need to see from her side as most of the times we tend to over look the perspective of another characters ╮(￣▽￣)╭
