The definition you went by described twink as youthful and slim, take for example the seme in "sketch" I've never read it but he looks young and slim (slim doesn't mean no muscles) yet doesn't really look like a twink, definitions on the internet also say twinks are hairless which wouldn't really matter in manhwa because all of the characters are hairless since most artists don't draw that
