I'm glad I read this, genuinely one of the best, best, best works. It was so realistic and true! Even the ending was very satisfying. I don't know how to feel after spending a week reading this, sometimes just stopped reading because I feared what was ought to come next, will Chang say sorry? will Mcqueen and Ed get together? Such a rollercoaster now I think about it.
I haven't read a good BL for a good month I think and this just made me feel so numb yet it was so fulfilling. A weird feeling but just wonderful, a masterpiece like the way it perfectly represented the porn industry and the consequences of getting involved with it and how every person has a reason to do be doing it and just how messy it is. Just beautiful, I don't think I'm ever getting over this manhwa like the writing is fabulous, the pacing is amazing and I just love the art, this is probably one of my favourite art styles, I LOVED IT.
Now for the characters gosh, Yeowoon.. Just love him. Bae deserves the world, like reading the manhwa didn't really make me feel that much but now I'm talking, this man deserves A FAT apology from Chang AUSHGGHHHF also to the people saying Yeowoon is at fault for going into porn.. I agree.. BUT in the porn industry you need to understand it's a industry which literally takes advantage of vulnerable people, some people are literally peer pressured cause in need of money like imagine YOU'RE at your LOWEST and need to pay a 35k debt and you're trying your best to pay it but it's taking so long to do so and you get a great opportunity to pay it faster? Of course you're gonna take it??? Some may disagree cause your pride is important to you but some people have suffered so much, they just do it cause they wanna live better. Some people just don't get it. Chang was a flipping bitch, like so unreasonable I can't waste my time talking about him. McQueen on the other hand was... Horrible but took accountability for his actions WHICH WE JUST NEVER SEE IN THESE BL MANHWAS ANYMORE. His character is kinda hard to describe cause I was mainly focusing on uh Ed but great character! Love him.
Ryan, Cecile, Janine, Jennifer, Taylor and Lancer were best side characters with actual personalities. Derek and Youyu.. sweet but a little hissy.
Sorry for yapping I'm just a little sentimental about MANHWAS like these. SO GOOD TOTALLY RECOMMENDED THIS IS GONNA HAVE A SPECIAL SPACE IN MY HEART. So sad it's over and I have to find a masterpiece like this.
