Yes well i understand it between the hyung of dojin and heesoo bc he is a Beta Bottom and the Alpha cant get him pregnant because he doesnt have a womb but kyungsoo is a healthy beta who can get an other beta pregnant? So why not Chowon that has a womb. So i thought a male Beta can still get a male Omega Pregnant.

Only alphas can get omegas pregnant despite of gender while betas is just like any other human here in our world.
