She doubt her own love for Real Ciel because she didn't even recognize him over his twin brother (our ciel). She also felt terrible because, the problem here is not that our ciel lied about being real ciel, but bc if he didn't lie, Lizzy would have tought "why did our Ciel came back instead of real ciel?" and she cannot support to think awful thing like that, and some other stuff i didn't get either lol
i doubt her love for r-ceil as well, i bet she only likes him cuz of the marriage thing, or else she should've told the real one from the start...
Yes, she's young and Real Ciel is promised to her since the begining, that must be how her love grew, but now to be honest I don't care about her dilema, is there even a dilema? It's like she think she has to choose between the two, I'll prefer if she leave our ciel alone she never looked at him or talked to him anyway.
