In that picture it showed his two parents (who are both men), his sister, and his two brothers, the eldest of which has two sons.
2 bros 1 sis.His parents are on a couch together, sis and 2nd bro on single couches,eldest Bro is with his 2 sons on a single couch and the extra person on a single couch must be eldest bro's partner(wife/hubby)
The person was Dojin, not the eldest brothers partner.
