That ending was very unsatisfying. It's just so anticlimactic and left a lot to be desired, and the fact that the two leads die off-screen after so much on-screen death and murder kind of feels out of place, like tonal whiplash, and it leaves the reader with a sense of no clear resolution.

These two were so sweet to each other! I appreciated how they actually communicated with each other and explained where they were coming from, rather than dwelling on misunderstandings. It was incredibly refreshing.

I hope there's one more chapter confirming they're dead because that's a pretty weak ending otherwise.
I kept reading with the hope that the story would get better or at the very least more cohesive and it really fell short for me in that department.
The art style improved so much over the course of the series though, I was blown away by the difference. It's just too bad that, about halfway through, the writing kind of went off the rails and never fully recovered. I hope that the creator manages to remedy this issue with their writing in future works.

Uhh not at first it wasn't. Asaiichi was very abusive towards Yoru at first. Plus let's not forget the whole issue with that one girls big brother who sexually assaulted yoru as "payback" for his sister.
well, if you go back to the previous chapters there is some rape and stuff quite intense^^
I have read ALOT of Harada so I think I just grew used to this stuff. This is one of their less messed up stories, sorry (>_<)
I have also read most of Harada's works, and I love them. I just wanted to say that well, yeah, we gotta admit it is fucked up in most cases (yet awesome) XD
