I stand on the shore where we promised to meet again. The sun is setting and the fishing boats are returning after a long day of work. I don't know how long I've been here. Days? Months? Years? But nevertheless I continue gazing past the horizon. Even while the sun lowers further and burns my eyes. I fear looking away for even a second and missing my beloveds return. Many have told me to give up, but I know in my heart he'll be back soon. All I need is to have patience. I will wait until the sea dries up and the mountains crumble and the sun dies, because I know in the end he'll return to me.
Questionable DID representation aside, I didn't really feel the chemistry. Like maybe I'm just not the biggest fan of this particular dynamic, but like it was meh. I feel like there was too much drama about "curing" his DID, and not enough time really establishing a connection. I also wish Yuuma's relationships with alters aside from Kazuha and Rei were explored more. Like I really liked his relationship with Mutsumi. Also I just really liked Mutsumi. I'm definitely not just upset that she was the first one to go.
I'm genuinely confused how the author wants us to interpret their relationship rn. You'd assume we're supposed to ship them since this is a romance, but taehyuk is clearly uncomfortable and sees hyoun as his child. And usually the audience is supposed to agree with the MCs thoughts (not always, ofc. But exceptions are usually when the MC is a bad person yk think Light Yagami), so are we not supposed to ship them? Are we supposed to be uncomfortable too? Or are we supposed to disagree with taehyuk and see him as being irrational rn?
Like a lot of people in the comments are confused about how to feel, and it's because we as the audience are being sent mixed messages we'd spent 30 chapters getting to know the mcs relationship in a romantic context, but now it's suddenly become a father/son relationship. But what causes even more confusion is having your MC/ POV character constantly pointing out that having a sexual/romantic relationship with the person he considers his son is WEIRD, but also, assumedly, expecting your audience to ship him with his son. Like morals and whatever aside it's just bad writing
Yknow I'd been avoiding reading anything by ogeretsu tanaka bcuz YBC is such a flaming pile of shit, but I decided to be nice and give this a try. This was a very big mistake on my part and I should've known better, bcuz this shit has rape in it this is the last time I try to give anyone a second chance.

Every1 in this manhwa is mad ugly. Also upset the father figure fucker rapist is back sighhh I was really hoping the author forgot he existed

With the most respect I can afford: Do you have eyes?
With the utmost respect Honey Bun, can you either tell me who you're talking about or just not? Which will it be? There was a reason I asked and my answer was dependent upon your answer, but just fuck it and forget it. Have a nice night Love Dove.
respectfully, an eye check might help
