Apart from heesoo captivating him, it was his own decision so I didn't blame Heesoo for that but I didn't like how he said that Dojin doesn't have the baby when he was taking care of it that affectionately but after seeing Heesoo cry like that after confessing.... still hurts

What happens when the capsules finish? or by mistake if he finds out that she is originally a girl to begin with. The tag is yaoi and not shoujo...so i'm a bit worried. She should turn into a male permanently so the tag yaoi would fit and it will be a happy ending
As far as I can tell that is the only happy solution in yaoi world. Of course that means her parents will suddenly find themselves with a son instead of a daughter, and at school one girl permanently goes missing, and somehow no one notices...or something.

Let me say "Couple goals and life goals"(▰˘◡˘▰) I say its such a sweet thing. Tho it makes u cry like a baby, its really satisfying and definitely has an amazing ending(▰˘◡˘▰)
Honestly, in my opinion, I think a sad ending where they both didn't love each other or where Akane has to act like Mei itself or that Akane felt guilty till the end would have been really tragic. I don't know about others but I found it quite satisfying that they are actually trying to adjust to a new life and build their own life of happiness without any guilt or resentment.
