This is a sensitive topic for me personally since I always keep things to myself… growing up in an Asian household where it’s difficult to open up to your family especially since they’ll view you as weak/criticize/deny your feelings when you’re going through something… it’s why I bottle things up and physically can’t say the words to describe my feelings but I’m just grateful that I have someone willing to listen and not judge… I’m lucky to have my personal Ho in my life ()
