This is one of those stories that you just have to pause inbetween parts for. I was honestly pretty excited when I saw this update since it reminded me that the story even existed. I have a lot of thoughts about it, but one thing I’ll say for sure is that it’s pitiful in the most haunting way. Some might call it perverted or degenerate, but those words don’t capture what it truly is, it’s a tragedy.
The smut is good in my opinion, but it’s best to separate those scenes from the main plot if that’s what you’re mainly here for. That said, I’d seriously caution anyone against reading this if you have a low tolerance in unsettling content! That’s all

A lot of people have been pointing out the art style changes (which is true, lol), but calling it bad feels a bit unfair to me. If you look at the authors backup account on twitter, where they post commissions and OCs, the more recent artwork actually looks great. I think what people are reacting to isn’t really the eye shape since in their other pieces it looks perfectly fine—but more the facial proportions, which can sometimes come off a little silly. The coloring also plays a part, since it makes the art look a bit childish.That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it definitely makes it look different from before
