Alsooo, my conspiracy theory is - since nobody had beat the game, the FL (being part of the dev team) was a victim of someone who wanted to forcibly see the game into completion or something like that. Ahhh fair enough. I think maybe it was omitted because drawing pregnancy is hard? Also he went through a lot to get to this point so having extra torture by way of nausea would probably be hard for the character? I’m not sure. I think the author had a reason for it though.
I just want this arc of angst to be over and everyone can just find out that this Cardinal Creep is just some two-faced abusive, incestuous caca and then move on with dealing with Freya or whoever that other two-faced bitch is. I was just confused because "yaoi hands" usually refers to just obnoxiously big hands (especially in older yaoi) rather than just general proportion errors but now I see what you were talking about
