Okay so like a common thing that like mangas and manwhas or like any fantasy thing in general do Is like make a second-class citizen or like some type of like racism within the story and then they never f****** address it or like do anything to change it. I hope that this story actually like I don't know puts forth some regulation or some kind of legislation that like helps. The second-class citizen usually female lead just like gets married and it's like happily ever after and it's like wait a second. Did that actually get resolved or no?

NAH FR FR- never is there room for societal growth in these. it’s like *flowery romance* with slaves in the background. n then the comic will end with a *kiss* and the racism/slavery just as potent as ever. LET ALONE THE “happy” SLAVES BRUH- that’s called stockholm syndrome! i know authors don’t wanna try and deconstruct societal issues in stupid romance comics but can we get.. JUST A CRUMB OF POSITIVE CHANGE?? even some shit like: “yeah these two ended up together despite it all- and have been working to establish equal rights for x-minority” IS BETTER THAN NOTHIN

I'm only two chapters deep but like I've seen this a couple times in different series. The main character will be given the perfect opportunity to lie about amnesia and they don't like bro. Just lie and say you don't remember s*** it's easier to explain why your behaviors don't make sense. Just be like. Yeah I don't remember Jack s*** maybe I'm a bad person but I believe in lying sometimes
Okay the female lead is pissing me off a little bit like damn b**** you're judging a lot first up you don't even know what happened to this man you're just saying he's evil what if it was like a curse or some s*** and you just like nope he's evil and she just keeps assuming the worst of him like girl he hasn't done anything
Actually he has, he works for her and her family not only has he been using their establishment for someone else. Mind control or not he is still acting like a traitor when he works for her.
I was talking about how she treats tan
