I agree like he needs to like let all of that out, but he is also the oldest too. Most of the time the oldest sibling have to endure everything for the younger siblings. Not only that Jooheon lost everything or at least felt like he lost everything. His grandma past away, he wasn't able to get into contact with his sister, and was told to abort his child. He saw that he there was no one and needed to bottle everything up.
