not to be overly dramatic, but if anyone got a dysfunctional family, this hits hard. No matter how hard we try to ignore it, truth is, it's all fake. I just don't get how these adults keep making things worse by making promises they can't keep and putting all the responsibility on their kids. I mean what does the mom want? Save image? This is just Scarlet Beriko, but with a slice of korean drama lmao :)) the brother complex is familiar, even the way all these crazy side characters keep trying to separate the two is so similar (kinda annoying as well).
It's a cute for a fun little read, but no real big development. I think the biggest issue with this series is the fictional element. Time travelling only works if it's used well in the story, but in this case, it feels as if it's just thrown in there, for the sake of keeping the readers interested, and then take it away once the main problem is solved. That's why it feels so rushed and unfinished. Maybe a few extra chapters can make it a little better, maybe continuing with the older brother's POV or something.
