The characters, the plot, the backstory, the diversity, the character BUILDING... The fact it contains potential romance but the story itself not being really centered around that part of the relationship. But at the same time there is plenty of room for the people who want to see the FREAK. Ugh I just love this so much I need more like this I need more I CANTTTTTTTT OHHH MY DAYS I CRY OUT

Does anyone know the same of a BL manhua/manhwa where — I only remember the beginning vaguely— there was a nice kid who helped run an orphanage who befriended the quiet, distant kid at his school. He was the quiet kid’s first friend, and therefore really special to the quiet kid. IRRC they studied together in the winter. The two made a promise that they would never leave each other. Later, the nice kid’s orphanage burnt down and he went missing. The quiet kid, staying true to the promise, grows up to be some gangster or something and captures the nice kid in the future… ring any bells? This was all stuff from the early chapters
