I think maybe because it takes a lot of time to make webtoons, artists sometimes simplify their art, this artist has many unfinished projects, and the earlier ones had better quality but perhaps they were taxing to them!
Its because this was made in 2023, or at least released in 2023, could have been worked on earlier that that, they've had a couple years to improve, its only natural. Also drawing each and ever panel takes time, illustration after illustration, honestly not bad for what it is
