Oftentimes they’re not done too well, but this is nice. Monotone Blue was my first manga in this genre, but it felt too serious (I still bought it cuz Nagabe haha) so this feels refreshing to my heart
In grade 7, met a short Korean guy. Mind you, I’m in the Americas and I’m also a rather average height girly at 5’6” + south asian. He was definitely on the shyer end while I was more extroverted and somehow everybody in the school had a vendetta against me (okay maybe not the entire school but a large portion, more than 150 people just because of my ‘weirdness’). We were never rlly romantically interested in each other but we liked teasing one another because we were friends lol. We don’t keep in touch anymore since we ended on bad terms, but I literally wanna contact him back so bad just to relive some memories. crying eternally, I just need a short Asian man to make fun of in my life again
