It's less yoai when anything. It's way more under josei-smut-gender bent. The only reason it's under yoai is cause it'll have parts like when he turned back to being a boy. It's not really about boy on boy action though, that's kinda like a side tag. Like a fantasy story could have a romantic tag in it, but the romance is nearly nonexistent. If you're here for just the yoai I suggest dropping this, it'll only make you frustrated.
