I'm a little lost rn
basically after he kind of sacrificed himself hes stuck in some kind of headspace which is a recreation of the past. Gwonryeom/Muyeol is like some kind of super powerful entity (and possibly a deity?) and thats why he's able to be inside of Bihwan's headspace bc Bihwan is just a dokkaebi.
Its revealed this chapter that Gwonryeom/Muyeol is actually Bihwan's cousin and betrayed him in some way. He says he "killed" him, which I believe is hinting that he had something to do with Bihwan being sealed in the mirror.
Bihwan does not recognize that Muyeol is Gwonryeom because Gwonryeom/Muyeol has some kind of memory manipulating ability and hes only recognizable to those he allows. (This memory power is also showcased throughout the plot because its heavily hinted at that Minhwan forgot the Kangsan tragedy and his best friend because of Gwonryeom's ability.)
