i might be delusional, but what matthew is injecting into jin ; could just be a sedative, because sedatives help slow down brain activity. hence the passing out. but again, i COULD be delusional. we can only hope its a sedative, and not drugs.

it may be a sedative, because i think also if matthew continued to inject drugs into him, jin would eventually overdose on them. so theres another possibility/reason as to how it may/could be a sedative. but once again, i could be wrong.
