What I think happend… In the first loop or the first loops MC helped ML and now ML feels grateful for him and probably fell for him after a while … And the Trigger for restarting the loop is ML… His scars would make sense then, literally a scar on the neck looks like a wound you could die from … He cares that MC survives cause if he dies it just restarts, but if MC dies then ML will loose him forever … That’s my theory
No but it's definitely been hinted that he's seen him dead before

He had a plan but that failed miserably after realising how he really feels and now the chapters with MC POV after his POV is just cute af
Why there is a lack of play ? I mean we get few scenes, but more are just mentioned briefly and we don’t see much … I thought as both of them love plays like that we would see more of them in more detail … I’m kind of disappointed … BDSM story with almost no BDSM in it. We can have romance with hot and rough scenes ╥﹏╥

I still enjoy the story enough to keep reading, but there's not a lot of BDSM smut, so I don't really read with that expectation anymore.
The only good BDSM BL that I read was Hard-Boiled Love/Ang Ang, now THERE are actual BDSM scenes, it’s quite spicy. Masochistic Bodyguard Power Bottom and a Pretty but Sadistic Top. It’s almost finished, for now it’s on hiatus, but I think it’s only side stories …. The other one , Full Volume has few BDSM scenes. Now for straight (idk if interested), haven’t read any yet, but I have one on my list : You Secret Keeper/Confidentiality, I see lotsa spicy scenes on pics. (≧∀≦)
So from what I understand, not saying I understand everything perfectly…. When Mi-eum was young his dad kidnapped Jitae …. Something happens and Jitae ended up with trauma and Mi-eum in hospital with memory loss… the dad kidnapped Jitae on his mother’s order… He almost died (the dad) but Jin (the older (half ????) brother) covered for him(idk why), so now recently Jin somehow got in contact with him and ended up blackmailing Mi-eum to spy on Jitae, as he doesn’t remember him…. He has to prepare baths cause the sound of water running gives Young Master (Jitae) panic att… Jitae says to Mi-eum to use him… But he remembers him so he is soft on him and he doesn’t want Mi-eum to know about the past… Now idk why the name plate is different name (of the club owner) , in the flashback, idk why Jitae got kidnapped for sure, why Jin is coverning for him one why he sent Mi-eum to nim, we still have a lot of holes in the story… I hope this helped some people to understand the plot more
