Okay so looking on mangaupdates.... Turns out it really ended at 4 volumes. According to that site, the novel version of this manga is still ongoing with 184 chapters.
This must’ve gotten updated because of the Nocturne remaster.

Well, no. Currently they are up to date, but the manga is monthly. So next month will have a new chapter.

Ummm. Hate to break it, but mangago never translates. Mangago is considered a piracy site. That’s why you’ll see sub groups have their own website or you’ll see them tell you to go to a certain manga site to support translation teams.
