There'll be other characters who show up and become important, MC will make friends, there'll be plenty of bromance with a fellow student who's a bodyguard in training (MC joins their team), and further on with some former colleagues of the MC as the story reveals more about his background. These extra characters will flow in and out as MC juggles high school life/drama with mercenary/bodyguard stuff, plus the occasional characters who show up just to be saved by the MC and never return. It's super repetitive at times, but it's still really satisfying seeing him beat the bad guys of each arc.

As for whether it deserves the hype... that's up to everyone to decide for themselves. I personally love it, but I can see why someone wouldn't necessarily like it.

While this story isn't rly groundbreaking, or something absolutely amazing, author perfectly balances different sides of everyday life of MC, you see him beat bullies, crime groups, politicians, mercenaries etc, and you also see him playing with friends, going to internet Cafe and being shit in league xD
Each arc is concluded in rly satisfying way, tbh this whole story gives you huge feeling of satisfaction every time mc wins against someone who thinks he is better than him, or thinks he is untouchable, sometimes he does that alone, and sometimes someone will give him powerful backing.
As for the romance part, there is none basically, at least if you look from pov of MC, he just wants to live a peaceful life with his family, and that is his main objective, but if you look at girls, then yes every single one is having a crush on him.
Maybe in the future he will end up with one of them, but as of now there is nothing in romance department, imo just one of them have a chance with him, but it will take time, a lot of time before he will be rdy for relationship.
Also his family interactions are precious, with both his lil sis and grandpa.

Wow you guys weren’t kidding, this is literal crack. I’m already on chapter 100 even tho I have exams rn. It’s actually really good and the characters are so interesting + there’s always new characters coming. I love how engaging it is while also not prolonging any conflict, MC seems to solve them within a few chapters so it’s never too annoying. And honestly it’s always satisfying when new people see how powerful he is haha

Ooo I see! It did seem like she was hinting that she was already like this. Also, WHY is she like that exactly? Is there some back story to it or is she naturally someone who’s a bit on the crazier side ?

There is a reason, she has quite the loaded backstory and childhood (way too complicated to get into it) but its all connected to say the least.

Well yes as I said juyeon is actually probably one of the best looking characters I’ve seen unfortunately. He’s very unique looking. But tbh another reason I like this manhwa is cuz of them just being in the house like I like that type of stuff. Forced proximity just does it for me

ML actually falls in love first. By the time he realises his feelings it was too late. MC was ready to leave him but ML kept chasing him. MC attempts to get a surgery done to remove ML's name from his back. ML begged him not to do it but MC did it anyway.

yes, they do get together after a 2 year hiatus. After the MC removes Tristan's name, the two break up. The MC becomes a renowned pianist like he wished, while Tristan completely goes off grid like he originally wanted before the MC came crashing into his life. However, the MC later finds the ML again, and this time the two choose each other without the name imprint forcing them.

Nope, never got an imprint at all. From beginning to end, only Eden had an imprint.

I am so glad to come across this comment, it was so painful to watch MC’s desperation and pain both emotionally and physically. I was really wishing there would come a time where ML finds himself in a similar situation. This spoiler is such a breeze in the morning!

When you think from ML's POV, it's not really his fault though. He's not obligated to love or care for anyone. At least he took care of MC when he was found disabled and financially assisted him. ML isn’t really a bad person.

I totally vibe with that! It's not like ML's indifference towards MC was a byproduct of his actions. But it's still frustrating when MC has to go through all the suffering alone. It's almost satisfying when ML faces similar struggles, not because we want them to suffer, but because maybe, just maybe, they'll finally get it and understand what MC went through. It's like the story is giving ML a chance to walk a mile in MC's shoes.
