I was wondering if this is why he ended up sleeping with the FL in the novel, and if it just wasn’t detailed on why. Like she’s currently in the FL interests shoes, so maybe the FL was given the candy to help the ML, and that’s what triggered the Beast ;) but this time the MC caught the Wizards attention. So she ended up being the one to do so.
