He didn't have to give up BDSM though. That's disappointing if that's the case. A lot of victims of SA find liberation in BDSM. The issue with the ML is he's not a good dom. The MC should be the one in real control during play.
The ML never demanded control. I agree with you that this is very important. The MC often offered control, but that's what ML ignored.
Or rather, MC didn't know what to do with it.
I understood, that both first lead a vanilla relationship and see if that fits. Who knows what will happen next or if they don't get bored in between. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
