I guess it's a happy ending. Jiskar is obsessed and Ray becomes this divine level master wizard of sorts. So everytime Jiskar pushes for intimacy, he could have killed him outright but lets him do what he wants. Ray is basically a classic tsundere. Also, Ray's parents will be fine. They're set for life really what with everyone believing Ray is a divine entity.
A lot of stuff happens before that of course. Ray managing to escape, Jiskar going crazy, Ray not going back to Strass but meeting the elves and hoping to convince them he's Levnoad but he has to go thru a trial I think, Jiskar managing to find him and threatens him using his parents. But the thing is, it doesn't quite work anymore since Ray, at this point, knows how much Jiskar loves and is obsessed with him so he's not much of a pushover now like before. Also helps that he's regaining his previous powers as a wizard so Jiskar isn't really much of a threat anymore.
