I think it was mentioned? Jang or Jae something? My best guess is that he's Korean and J.J. was his English name. If Jang is his last name then his first name could also be starting from letter J, hence the English name J.J. But yeah, I think no one really mentioned J.J.'s real name since everyone around him isn't Korean.
WAIT I JUST RETRACED, THEY MENTIONED HIS NAME, It's Jaejin, that means the JJ literally came from his first name!

I don't think the old guy is Peter but someone else with a mask he can't have go there from the island in that short time
or the one that went in the island in the first place is not Peter, rather it is Kageo who's using Peter's face. These two are the strongest in their team (aside from the blade guy, was it judas?), if their plan is to attack Raphael's base, why would both of them enter the island? they should've divided the task.
