Personally I don't care if real-life standards and rules aren't applied in fictional world as long as they're not hurtful. But I was thinking just because some species live longer doesn't mean they develop the same way. Like he said his son is 120 years old and has just become an adult. so that means their 120 years is like 18 years in human life...? I know the beast king is still old and like I said it doesn't personally bother me but I'm just saying that I don't think different species perceive life and time the same way.
