Well, I googled "Lee Sungman" and the result that made the most sense to me was about a golfer (Lee Sung also known as Lee Sung-man) who was born deaf but now his hearing is restored :D
i think they mean the definition of the names or what it sounds like. im sure people that korean speakers will understand it, but for non korean speakers, we'll be left in the dark.

Yo me too finally someone said! Soohan isn't use to talking and relies on the fact he can read minds and because of that he feels he can side throw his problems making him arrogant. That nothings gonna go wrong as along as he has it. He's forgotten how to actually communicate with people which is causing him problems that he doesn't realize!
