I can see clearly how this is gonna play out. DG is gonna start moving on, feeling better about himself and Alex is then gonna realize that he’s in love with DG and try to win him over. Knowing DG personality he’ll say I’ll think about but I don’t know sunbae, Alex is gonna try super hard to get him to love him again, he might even tell him he sad past about his first love, get som pity points in there and then DG is gonna feel super sad and it’s basically all down hill from. Here

I on the other hand careless about the side characters romance. I agree the art is great and I have nothing against BDSM. I wouldn’t mind reading a separate story about Chanwoo and MD. But I’m here for the main characters of this story whether it’s cliche or not.
DG and Alex are the reasons why I read this story. I like seeing the characters develop once he or she goes heartbreak and finds out they are stronger than they thought.
Or an asshat who realizes that the person for him was the one he pushed away and finds a way to win the person back.
Cliche or not it’s a good story.

i get where you're coming from honestly but like i guess what kinda got on my nerves is how the characters were portrayed : alex the typical asshole seme who treats the uke like shit and DG the pathetic uke who is ready to throw his dignity for such a seme
i wish the author would have been a little more creative with the characters so that the story would actually be more pleasant even if it's cliche (the majority of the readers hate alex)
if you look at fluff you'd notice that the stories are also cliche but the way the authors portray their characters makes you enjoy the story even when you know what's gonna happen. you know what i mean
Your points are valid and I respect them. There are readers who love the redeemable asshole I admit I am one of them. I’ve read worse assholes than Alex truthfully.
I feel for both characters really. Alex a character hurt by love once and he puts up a wall around his heart telling himself love will never be for him again. DG falling in lust and then in love for the first time, enter into a physical relationship. Telling himself he can handle it when in truth he can’t and gets his heart broken.
I’m not for or against either characters they are both at fault for what they thought was going to happen. Truth is they both got their hearts broken and one decided to own up to his feelings while the other continues to deny it.
Cliche as it is the writer is making readers feel for the characters.
yea i get it i mean i have a friend who enjoys reading mangas with horrible semes so i understand XD i guess i can't such semes cuz like i read lots of stories like these and they left me with nothing but frustration so yea i'm kinda defensive lol
but like yea i saw how the author portrayed the characters and honestly if i didn't feel for them i wouldn't be commenting on the story with each update XD

well he has been trying to get rid of Hyesung out of Dojin's life since the very beginning and now Hyesung coming willingly is just perfect, though he seems to have underestimate Dojin's involvement in it all and you can see him feeling guilty and also taking out some of his anger on Hyesung in the end just like always.
