The Ceo guy didn't like her- was mean to everyone AND her, up until the middle still was mean and is only caring about her now that he starts to like her. It's not his personality, just circumstances that makes him treat her like a person. He wouldn't otherwise.

-and coming from a woman with a relationship score! The one you see before they like you is the one you see once they lose interest.
So treatment-wise, author's a winner in my opinion.

I was understanding her at first, understanding her circumstances for both of her lives and how much she's insecure, but girl, after the debutante part....BRO YOU CAN'T LIVE TWO LIVES AND STILL BE A PUSHOVER! She needs another life to heal those insecurities, wtf are you a doormat?
