It were talking about kids here. At the moment it would make a lot of sense for people to have crushes and such. And art has shown like no interest what so ever, even stated he had no feelings in that way. its just the other girls atm. I havnt read the novel either so its not like I know anything but like this is atm lol.

I tried some for curiosity, and yes, it taste like unfresh somewhat synthetic cheap canned meat.
I’m not judging or dismissive of cheap food (or cheap canned/packaged food). I have a lot of fav industrial food and snack too. So I guess it similar to that, just taste and culture. My house never let me touch canned food and majority of food selling on the street. And I only got to try more once I grew up. But probably cause of that, I’m not used to some of the canned food taste, and even tho its not bad or terrible, and I can understand why some ppl like it. But I just couldn’t get myself to dig it.
Lol overall, I guess its just different taste bud and habits. Respect.

(￣∇￣") it has a strong smell that for some reason instantly makes my (and the dog's) mouth water in a way that few foods can accomplish. i don't know why it's like that. i believe it's just processed salted pork but it's weirdly addicting. And it's not like i'm starved for meat either. it's just like that. (・・;)

But...first: i never said this is a horrible manga, no in contrast, the characters are actually great, i love the art, love the storytelling,... the only thing i dont like is that the ml is eugene. But i will say it again because you dont seem to understand: THIS IS MY OWN OPINION. Second: i respect everyone working on this manga, ik they put a lot of effort into making this, but i think they also know that there'll be a lot of different opinions on this matter. Still they went through with making this because obs its their story, and i am okay with that. And tbh if you think having another opinion then most people makes you have a personality, says a lot about yourself
